Every congregation has at least one story of how VBS or LOMO Day Camps have transformed a person's life. These stories remind us that VBS and LOMO are more than kool-aid, glue and raucous songs. These events bring the good news of the Gospel for the first time, or the only time each year to the children in our communities. Conducting a VBS program or LOMO Day Camp requires the time, efforts and resources of many individuals in addition to the support of the congregation. One way congregations can support each other in this endeavor is by praying for this vital mission program that reaches out to the surrounding community. Therefore we ask for your prayers for sister congregations as their leaders and staff prepare for their up coming week of VBS or LOMO Day Camp.
