Congregational Resource Team

The Congregational Resource Team (CRTeam) was formed in the Fall of 2005 to facilitate congregational health with a related focus on mission and vision.  The team has had extensive training in Bowen Theory/Natural Systems/Healthy Congregations and continues to study, train and develop its work with congregations of the Northeastern Ohio Synod.  The CRTeam is utilized in three primary areas:  workshops, congregational discernment or struggle, and call process.  The work of the team aids in congregational communication, fosters healthy discussion and planning, and has served as an impetus for renewed mission.  Contact Mary Ann Schwabe, Assistant to the Bishop, for more information (330-929-9022)
