Visitation Pastor: St. Paul Lutheran, Berea is seeking a caring, ordained person who is not simply looking to fill some time, but who would like to be a part of a church family. Primary duties include one day a week calling on shut-in and hospitalized members; preaching approximately one Sunday a month, assisting in liturgy, and leading or participating in an Adult Sunday School class. Three Sundays and three weekdays per month. Must be ordained and on the roster of the ELCA or full-communion partner denominations. Director of Youth & Family Ministries. First Lutheran Church, Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, is a community-oriented church in a great town on a lake in southern Wisconsin, has 200 youth enrolled in Sunday school, confirmation and high school studies and is seeking a director of youth & family ministries. This is a full-time position including benefits and training. The person filling this position will develop comprehensive ministry for faith, fun, study and service for families. Parish Musician. The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, Brooklyn is seeking a part-time parish musician to provide music leadership and accompaniment for one worship on Sunday morning and at other occasional services of the church, beginning July 1, 2012. The church has a 1997 tracker action Gober pipe organ. Excellent keyboard skills are needed. Bachelor’s degree, familiarity with liturgical worship and choral experience are preferred. Salary up to $15,000, commensurate with training and experience.
