Important Deadlines to Remember

Registration –
March 25 Those who register by March
25 will receive the pre-assembly packet via mail. After the deadline,
please contact the synod office to request a special mailing. The
materials are also available on
this web site.
Registration fee - $75 before March 25, $85
after deadline. Registration fee for retired clergy who are under
call/contract is to be covered by the congregation served. No
registration fee is required for retired clergy not under call/contract,
but registration is essential.
Registration materials mailed to
congregations – February 18

Committee and
agency reports to be included in assembly materials must be received at
the synod office by February 18
|
|
|
Display
registration deadline – March 25
|

|
Submission of
resolutions for consideration by synod council – April 1
Forms and guidelines for resolutions will be included with registration
materials |
