Welcome to the electronic edition of the NEOS monthly unified mailing packet. This eMailing includes electronic versions of the packet documents that can be viewed and printed from your Internet browser.

A special software product is required to view and print these documents. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free piece of software that can be easily downloaded from the Adobe web site. After the download, the software will guide you through the installation process and install itself as an add-on to your browser. It will be automatically launched when you view the Unified eMailing or any other Adobe Acrobat document.

eMailing Notes

	Do you need a copy of a brochure, booklet or other document in its original format? You can click on Request a Document to contact the NEOS office. The office staff will mail you the document.
	Copyrighted documents, confidential documents and items from other non-NEOS organizations may not be included in this eMailing due to legal constraints. You can click on Items not Published to view a listing of these documents. You can click on Request a Document to have a copy mailed to you.
	Help us save a tree! Do you currently receive the printed Unified Mailing? Would you rather receive these documents through this Unified eMailing? Please click on Subscribe to eMailing to have your name removed from the Unified Mailing list and added to the Unified eMailing list. We will email you every month when the current Unified eMailing is published on the NEOS web site.

	It's online! Ever wonder what was really in the packet after playing mail carrier at the church mailboxes? We are going to keep 6 months of the Unified eMailing online. You just have to point and click to retrieve that "missing" document. Church secretaries will love it!
	Our staff needs a break! Every month an army of dedicated volunteers descends on the synod office to copy, collate and mail almost 1,000 packets. Think of the time and money that can be saved by printing 100… 200… 300… less copies.
