NOTICE OF DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF RESOLUTIONS & MEMORIALS: MAY 1, 2026 

Resolutions and Memorials to be considered by the assembly are to be submitted in writing to the synod office by May 1, 2026 for consideration by the Committee on Reference and Counsel. Resolutions submitted after the deadline must be of an urgent nature which could not be submitted prior to the deadline because of changing circumstances in the church or the world.

NOTICE OF DEADLINE FOR PUBLISHED NOMINATIONS: MAY 1, 2026

Nominations for Synod Secretary, Synod Council, Consultation Committee, and Discipline Committee are open from now until the Assembly. For your nomination to be included in the published material, it must be received in the Synod Office by May 1, 2026.

NOTICE OF DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BUDGETARY PROPOSALS: MAY 15, 2026

Budgetary proposals must be submitted to the synod office by May 15, 2026. All proposals shall be in writing and shall include the amount of increase for a specific line item and/or the amount of decrease for a specific line item and the rationale for such change. The Finance Committee will evaluate each proposal and make recommendations regarding submitted proposals at the Assembly. The proposed 2027-28 budget will become available April 27, 2026.
