To Submit Congregational Constitutional Changes for Review:
1. Submit proposed constitutional changes by emailing member of the Constitutional Committee to [email protected]. 2. Constitutional Committee member/s will respond and review requests and changes within 120 days. 3. After the Constitutional Committee approves it, it will go back to the congregation for approval. 4. After the congregation approves it, it is sent to the Constitutional Committee with voting results. 5. The Constitutional Committee sends it to synod council for approval at its next meeting (synod council meets five times a year). 6. After synod council approval, a letter will be sent to the congregation stating that council approved their constitution. 7. As per individual congregation constitutions, the new constitution must be ratified.
