ELCA Congregation Reports 2023:

  • There is now only be one form to complete, Form A, which asks for congregation statistics and financial data.
  • Congregations, Synod Authorized Worshipping Communities (SAWCs), and New Starts received an email December 13, 2023 explaining the new Annual Congregation Report process and key dates. This email will included a link for reporting instructions which includes a generic version of Form A.
  • In mid-January 2024, congregations, SAWCs, and new starts received an Annual Congregation Report packet in the mail. This included a paper Form A, instructions, and the password to file online. The online system for filing opened mid-January. ​
